Push is looking for reliable Customer Service Assistants who will answer customer service tickets from French language-speaking and also German language-speaking customers. Applicants must have access to reliable broadband internet and home computing equipment and a good quality webcam and microphone for video conferencing. Push will provide access to the necessary online resources for the roles.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French and be highly competent in prioritising work. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who enjoys working collaboratively with others.

Applicant’s home computing equipment and local data security arrangements will be subject to a data security compliance audit by Push.
