Client Services Support Administrator

Job Title: Client Services Support Administrator

Reporting to: Client Services Manager

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: 35+ hours per week: 7 hours per day Monday-Friday.

Location: Homeworking. Applicant must have access to reliable broadband internet. Computing equipment and resources.

We are looking for a reliable Administrator that will undertake a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the successful running of our online business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly competent in prioritising work. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who enjoys working collaboratively with others.

Key responsibilities & duties

– Provide support for B2B Fulfilment Clients, Own Brand Stores and Wholesale Clients

– Support the development of our client’s product portfolio in line with business goals

– Monitor order flow and sales for these clients, and work to resolve any issues that may be impeding sales, independently and by liaising with the appropriate team

– Undertake new client take-on tasks as requested

– Issue and manage the sending and completion of key paperwork as requested

– Support Customer Services with helpdesk tickets from the client portfolio as requested

– Create and maintain financial and operations databases with financial and other data

– Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned, for example:
(a) Invoicing & Invoice Reports
(b) Commission & Metric Reports

– Use business systems effectively to complete tasks in a timely manner

– Support the training and supervision of new staff members

– Assist Client Services Manager with departmental projects

– Assist Chief Financial Officer with financial tasks relating to client portfolio such as credit checking and debt collection as delegated

Requirements

– Proven experience as an administrator or other relevant role

– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

– Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

– Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite

– Good knowledge of Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs

– A working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system would be helpful

Client Services Manager

Job Title: Client Services Manager

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: 40 hours per week: Monday-Friday

We are looking for a reliable Client Services Manager who will undertake a variety of day-to-day relating to managing ongoing relationships with existing client, to ensure the successful running of our online business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly competent in prioritising work. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who enjoys working collaboratively with others. They will manage a small team of client services administrators.

Key responsibilities & duties

– Manage client relationships for our B2B Fulfilment, Own Brand Store and Wholesale Clients

Operations Administrator

Job Title: Operations Administrator

Reporting to: Head of Operations

Salary: £14-16k/annum depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota Monday-Friday (office hours GMT)

Location: Homeworking. Applicant must have access to reliable broadband internet. Push will provide required hardware and software.

We are looking for a reliable administrator and assistant to provide administrative support to the Head of Operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly competent in prioritising work. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who enjoys working collaboratively with others, and is keen to learn new skills.

Key responsibilities & duties

– Assist the Head of Operations in the management of our global production network

– Undertake planned daily administrative tasks

– Take minutes and arrange meetings

– Maintain records and update google sheets with work activity

– Create and maintain sales and operations databases with financial and other data

– Submit timely reports when required

– Provide administrative support for ad hoc activities as delegated by Head of Operations

– Log hours accurately using online business tools provided by Push

– Role will also involve ad hoc support for the Operations Manager and the E-commerce help desk

Customer Service Assistant & Returns Processing (UK Team – English Language)

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant & Returns Processing
(UK Team – English Language)

Reporting to: Head of Operations / Customer Service Manager

Salary: £10/hour

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota Monday-Sunday (GMT)

Location: Homeworking. Applicant must have access to reliable broadband internet. Push will provide required hardware and software.

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Assistant, who will answer customer service tickets from English language speaking customers in our online helpdesk environments and receive and process products returned from customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly competent in prioritising work. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, who enjoys working collaboratively with others.

Key responsibilities & duties

– Answer Customer Service helpdesk tickets using Push Merchandising ZenDesk and related online tools

– Answer allocated Customer Service helpdesk tickets using UMG Spinnup ZenDesk and related online tool

– Receive and process returned products from customers in United Kingdom and adjacent countries

– Arrange for the charitable disposal of returned products to a place approved by the Head of Operations

– Maintain records and update Google sheets with work activity

– Create and maintain sales and operations databases with financial and other data

– Submit timely reports when required

– Provide administrative support for ad hoc activities as delegated by Supervisor

– Log hours accurately using online business tools provided by Push
